Establishment: It was founded in 1973 by the philanthropist Seth Lokoomal Chanrai and the surgeon Dr. Shantilal Jamnadas Mehta. The name “Jaslok” is a combination of the founder’s wife’s name, Jasotibai, and his name, Lokoomal.
