We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our dynamic educational team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be committed to guiding a diverse student body, fostering intellectual curiosity, and creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive classroom environment in one of India’s most vibrant cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction & Curriculum: Teach the assigned subject (or class level) effectively, adhering to the syllabus and curriculum guidelines (including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or Maharashtra State Board, as applicable).
• Planning & Preparation: Prepare detailed, engaging lesson plans, create relevant worksheets, and source diverse learning materials that cater to varied student needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of discipline and encourage positive, active classroom engagement among a diverse group of students.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Assess, evaluate, and track student performance regularly through tests, projects, and feedback mechanisms.
• Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral development.
• School Involvement: Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings, faculty training sessions, school activities, and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject area. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.
• Subject Mastery: Strong, in-depth subject knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
• Classroom Dynamics: Proven ability to manage large classroom activities and diverse student behaviors effectively.
• Attitude: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a proactive, positive teaching attitude suited to Mumbai’s demanding academic environment.
• Technology: Proficiency in basic computer skills and educational technology tools for digital learning and remote support (e.g., Google Classroom, presentation software).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience: 1–5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school is preferred. Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge, a B.Ed., and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Board Experience: Direct experience teaching students in one or more of the prominent academic boards in Mumbai (CBSE, ICSE, or Maharashtra State Board).
