Cleaner

We are looking for a responsible, thorough, and hardworking Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team in a high-standard facility (e.g., corporate office, residential tower, premium hotel) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and capable of working efficiently in a large, demanding metropolitan environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all assigned areas meticulously, including floors, offices, communal areas, washrooms, and high-touch surfaces, strictly following the scheduled daily and weekly checklists.
• Aesthetic Maintenance: Perform detailed dusting, polishing of furniture, glass surfaces, metal fixtures, and equipment to maintain a professional and premium appearance.
• Waste Management: Execute proper waste disposal procedures, including timely collection, sorting of recyclable and non-recyclable materials, and cleaning of internal and external waste areas.
• Supply Management: Monitor and promptly restock all necessary amenities and cleaning supplies (e.g., soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels) in washrooms and shared kitchens, reporting inventory shortages efficiently.
• Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the strictest adherence to all health, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, which is paramount in a dense metro area. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Equipment Care: Maintain all cleaning tools, machinery (e.g., floor buffers, vacuum cleaners), and equipment in excellent working order and report defects immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Literacy: Basic reading skills are required for understanding cleaning schedules, safety signs, and chemical labels.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to handle and use various commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemical agents safely and effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical strength and stamina required to perform demanding cleaning tasks efficiently throughout long shifts in a large facility.
• Attributes: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, self-discipline, and the ability to follow complex, detailed instructions accurately.
• Communication: Basic understanding of Hindi or English is often beneficial for inter-team communication.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience: 1–3 years of verifiable experience in large-scale commercial cleaning, corporate office housekeeping, or premium hotel room attendant roles in a metropolitan area.
• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with modern cleaning technologies and specialized floor care or sanitation methods.
