Receptionist

We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist/Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the corporate face of our organization, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and high-volume callers. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation, and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced urban setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Management: Greet and welcome high-profile visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a world-class first impression.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward high volumes of incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate message relay and prompt follow-up.
  • Office Presentation: Manage and maintain the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are always tidy, organized, and presentable to corporate standards.
  • Logistics & Mail: Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, packages, and inter-office deliveries with meticulous tracking.
  • Administrative Support: Perform essential administrative and clerical support, including scheduling appointments, managing conference room bookings, data entry, filing, and preparing basic correspondence.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain office security by following stringent procedures, logging visitors accurately, and issuing temporary access/visitor badges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma or equivalent required).
  • IT Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in Hindi is required, and knowledge of Marathi is a significant advantage.
  • Organizational Prowess: Superior organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-traffic environment.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable professional attitude and appearance appropriate for a Mumbai corporate setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and handle unexpected issues with composure and efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Corporate Administrative Assistant is highly desirable. (Freshers with strong educational background and exceptional interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in a corporate office, hotel, or multinational company environment in Mumbai.
